Founded by Tvesha Thakur, VartaVox was created with a singular mission: to make public speaking and debate accessible, structured, and transformational for the youth. We believe that finding your voice is the key to unlocking your potential, shaping opinions, and leading change.

Tvesha Thakur
FOUNDER
Published researcher in political science and international relations, Assistant Director at HPAIR and HSIS, and creator of the documentary 'Beyond the Mountains.' Once hesitant to speak in public herself, she now leads VartaVox to help every student find their voice.
Suryansh Ranjan
SR DIRECTOR
As Strategic Relations Director at VartaVox, he leads outreach, partnerships, and external engagement. A student leader in strategic communications and youth-led initiatives, he's driven by the belief that young voices can shape conversations far beyond the spaces they're given.
Harshvi Shah
HOD, Finance, Legal Affairs & Compliance
Coordinates cross-platform communications, event organization, and research efforts. Beyond the team, she's a published poet ('Strings of a Mind'), debater and MUNer, and a city-level chess player with a sharp interest in geopolitics and law.

Works with children from diverse backgrounds worldwide to help them overcome public-speaking anxiety and build lasting confidence.

An award-winning published poet and humanities student, Shambhavi brings her love of language to VartaVox, where she instructs young learners in public speaking and confidence-building.

Samarth brings experience from the IIMUN Championship Conference and hands-on work with multiple NGOs supporting underprivileged children, channeling that passion for youth empowerment into her role at VartaVox.
Aadya Sharma
O&R DIRECTOR
11th grader, Political Science and Sociology enthusiast, and Ranchi Ambassador for IAAC. An active MUN delegate and award-winning astronomy olympiad competitor, driven to understand the world and how it can be changed for good.
